Following on from the extremely popular "Lean Bridge" - Highway is the variant for including sequential construction by trades. Teams compete as Joint Ventures to build the fastest bridge in sequence. Following improvement rounds where teams can apply creative improvement using lean thinking, the competition hots up before a winner is decided. These activities highlight Lean principles allowing Lean methods and tools to be used for improvement.
